Jah Prayzah Jozi thriller

on

Musician Jah Prayzah had a thrilling night yesterday when he performed at a sold out concert held at the Bassline, a small hangout in Johannesburg.

According to reports, the Third Generation band delighted their Mzansi fans who packed the venue to the rafters and the organisers were caught unawares.

“Good Morning Masoja! I post with mixed emotions, my deepest apologies we let you down last night, the venue was super packed; choker blocker.

“The number of non-ticket holders made it impossible for ticket holders to enter the venue early.
“The option was either to cancel the entire show or continue by trying to accommodate everyone as it was becoming a huge security threat to the venue; those inside the venue and those outside the venue.

“The best option was to continue (with) the show. Cancelling would have caused riots! Masoja we are truly sorry!” Tongai Mbidzo, one of the show organisers posted on his Facebook wall.
On a lighter note, he said, the police were not only called to control the crowd but also wanted to watch Jah Prayzah.

“My promise to you is Jah Prayzah will go to a bigger and specious venue the next time he is in Johannesburg.
“To @ Jah Prayzah you are a superstar. Jo’burg shut down for you last night. Keep shining mwana wevhu, you are representing brand Zimbabwe well.”

Another fan, Queen Shamiso Chipokore who had a birthday on Saturday, said enjoyed the show.

“Thank you all for the born day wishes may the God almighty bless you and thanks to a friend who bought me a ticket to Jah Prayzah show I really enjoyed but yoooh the place was packed like hell Thank you again I so love you,” she posted.
